I have high arches which have given me occasional foot pain for years. Recently I have begun to suffer from heel pain as well. Living in a climate where I only want to wear flip flops or sandals all the time has not helped. This item is comfortable to wear around the house, padding my heel and supporting my arch. I have not tried it with shoes, though. Seller ships fast. One Sol Step per package.

No good!! It did not help my foot at all! After being in the freezer, the ice pack lasts about 2 minutes of cold and then it was room temperature. For $20.00 you can get a better brace.
