What exercises should I do to stretch my plantar fascia in order to relieve pain from plantar fasciitis?
I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for the last 10 months and up to now I have not been able to relieve the pain on both heels. Any help is appreciated.

Ouch! I have suffered from plantar fasciitis, but not for 10 months! Plantar fasciitis exercises are very simple to perform. These basic exercises include illustrations:

I hope you get well!
using big words like that, you sound like you’d already know what to do.
put both of your hands on the wall about one foot above your head. dont bounce, but instead lower one knee at a time while keeping your foot firmly planted on the ground. this way your just stretching. repeat for the other foot. hope this helps;)michele
My podiatrist recommends using cold cans of soda - place them on the floor and roll them back and forth with your arch for 10 minutes 2x each day. If you have not done so already - see a podiatrist for custom orthotics for your shoes - it makes a huge difference.
